We got numerous requests for the black dress that Selena Gomez wore to the Billboard Awards last year.
She looked absolutely stunning in this custom made Dolce & Gabbana dress. Selena herself helped design the dress and it was her idea to turn up the sexiness level and add the two custom cutouts.
